И больше никакой информации, напрямую затрагивающую эту проблему, в Интернете мне найти не удалось. Позже выяснилось, что проблема оказывается имеет гриф «СЕКРЕТНО» поэтому и каких-то открытых публикаций по ней нет. - Ну, конечно же, это «СЕКРЕТНО!» - ведь решение указанной проблемы позволит создавать лёгких подводных роботов, с мягкими корпусами и способных нырять на большие глубины, а это интересно военным ведомствам различных стран. Поэтому и проблема секретная. J Тем не менее, я как частное лицо, не имеющее никаких обязательств перед государством, рискну выложить здесь на открытое обсуждение возможные пути решения данной проблемы. J |

Possibly I managed to find the decision of this problem. I was going to give the oral report on this theme at international conference " MSOI - 2017 " however last moment prior to conference strongly was ill with QUINSY - with " a full bouquet " of symptoms. As a result on conference I could not go. Now I think, what I should do: or write now here the my report on the baro-stable electronics or wait 2 years and to accept with this information a participation in following conference " MSOI - 2019 " and already then to spread this information in the Internet... |
Вероятно мне удалось найти решение этой проблемы. Я собирался сделать устный доклад по этой теме на международной конференции "МСОИ - 2017" однако за несколько дней до конференции сильно заболел АНГИНОЙ - "полный букет" симптомов. В результате на конференцию поехать не смог. Теперь думаю, что мне делать: выложить сейчас здесь свой доклад по бароустойчивой электронике или же вначале принять с ним участие в следующей конференции "МСОИ - 2019" и уже потом выкладывать информацию в Интернет... |
